Kaitlyn Nelson is a board-certified physician associate who is a proven authority in the aesthetics industry in the Philadelphia area. Kaitlyn obtained her Master’s degree from Weill Cornell and clinical training at the prestigious New York Presbyterian Hospital. From there, she cultivated her career in plastic surgery. She credits years of first-assisting surgical cases with her intimate knowledge of facial anatomy, keen assessment, and delicate hands.

With over 15,000 injections under her belt, Kaitlyn has grown a successful non-surgical aesthetics practice. Her work can be described as subtle, methodical, facial optimization that stays true to her patients’ natural beauty. She has been named a “Top 100 Injector in America” for multiple consecutive years and “Most Loved Injector” by RealSelf.

Kaitlyn is dedicated to education. She is an appointed national trainer for the leading pharmaceutical companies, Allergan and Galderma, guiding and mentoring her fellow colleagues. She is passionate about leadership and advocacy for the PA profession and making meaningful administrative and legislative advancements in the field.

Dr. Steven Davis

Skndustry is led by Dr. Steven L. Davis, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellow in both The American College of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Davis established Davis Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in Cherry Hill, NJ with the goal to create an environment where patients feel comfortable and relaxed.

His approach allows patients to openly share their concerns about their face, breast, and body. This allows a positive physician – patient rapport so the best outcome can be achieved. Dr. Davis’ approach to patient care is also very unique and ensures he remains engaged from the earliest consult to post-operative recovery and follow-up care.

Dr. Davis began his surgical training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Temple University. He completed residencies at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Temple University and Cooper Hospital. He then traveled to Beverly Hills, CA to complete a cosmetic surgery fellowship and expand his knowledge and learn cutting edge techniques.

Dr. Davis is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Jefferson Health located in Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township and also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at UMDNJ and PCOM. He is the past President of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons – Plastic Surgery Section and currently serves on the National Residency Evaluation and Standards Committee for training of future Residents. Dr. Davis is also a certified peer trainer for the PALETTE program, Allergan, and the Galderma Aesthetic Trainer Network. In these programs he trains both physicians and nurses with the proper latest and safest techniques focusing on Botox, fillers, Kybella and more.

Dr. Davis describes today’s plastic surgery patient as highly motivated to achieve results that they see on all social media platforms. They range from millennials to super senior citizens. “My staff and I must stay current with innovative trends and concerns so we can deliver the highest quality care and results.”

Zachary Lutz, DPAS, MS, PA-C

Zachary Lutz is a board-certified physician associate who obtained his Master’s degree from Drexel University. He also holds a degree in Chemical Biology from St. Joseph’s University and is currently pursuing a terminal academic Doctorate degree.

From a young age, he was involved in the fine arts and blended his love for science and art into a passion of aesthetic medicine. With ten years in hospitalist medicine and seven years as an aesthetic injector, Zack is able to perform procedures safely, taking into account patient’s medical history, medications, and other collateral information.

Talia Wolf, RN, BSN

For over five years, Talia has trained alongside Kaitlyn in the aesthetics industry. Through this collaborative experience, she has developed her love for the artistry of medical aesthetics, which has become the cornerstone of her career.

Her commitment to continual learning and growth ensures that she remains at the forefront of this dynamic field, consistently delivering the latest and most innovative treatments to her valued patients. Completing a bachelors degree in business at Franklin + Marshall College, she then furthered her education to pursue her BSN, finishing in the top of her class, at Drexel University in the heart of Philadelphia.

Her meticulous eye for detail enables her to curate bespoke treatment plans for each patient, elevating their innate beauty and self-assurance. Talia's dedication to the craft of aesthetic medicine is a testament to her commitment to enhancing the natural beauty and confidence of every individual she has the privledge to work with.

Jillian Norton, LMA
