  • Several days prior to your appointment, avoid blood-thinning products such as NSAIDS (Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil), aspirin, certain herbal supplements, excessive caffeine, and alcohol. Arnica Montana, a homeopathic supplement, can be taken which may help minimize bruising and swelling. Avoid dental work 2 weeks before and after your appointment to prevent the spread of normal mouth bacteria. Please present to your appointment with a clean face free of makeup.

  • Although minimal, bruising and swelling is normal and expected. The face is highly vascular and any poke to the skin may result in a small bruise. We go above and beyond to reduce your downtime post-procedure. Results will take at least 2 weeks to settle in. This is a helpful guide to plan around big events. Avoid makeup, heavy workouts, and distant travel for 2 days; dental work for 2 weeks.

  • Unfortunately, we hold off on injectables during pregnancy and breast feeding. There are just not sufficient scientific studies to guarantee safety. However, we can develop a baby safe skincare routine to bridge the gap. Until we resume our self-care treatments, bask in the glow of the pregnancy hormones!

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We do not accept any form of insurance for your care and services. We accept all major cards + cash.

    All appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are non-refundable, but do not expire. The deposit will remain on your account until used. Deposits can be applied towards products or services.

    Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment for any reason within 48 hours of your appointment start time will result in forfeiting your deposit as the cancellation fee.

  • We understand that life can happen. To be mindful of our providers + patients time, we offer a 10 minute grace period from the start of your appointment. Any late arrival after 10 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment + a cancellation fee.

  • Our goal is to build trusting relationships with our patients and offer efficient, streamlined scheduling.

    In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so before the 48 hour window of your appointment. Appointments not confirmed, cancelled, or rescheduled FOR ANY REASON within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.

    Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you. Please be mindful when booking online for the services you would like to receive. Services removed day-of are subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows/late cancellations not only hurt our team, but also the patients on our waitlist.

  • CENTER CITY

    We are located at 220 S 8th Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19107.

    We do not have any reserved parking. Directly next to us is a parking garage called Walnut Towers, located at 800 Walnut Street. If you park here, you'll want to take the stairs to exit (if able), that say 8th and Walnut Exit, and we'll be right outside the garage to your right.   If you cannot take the stairs to exit, you will use the elevator to exit to 9th street, and then you will have to walk around the block.

    Because of being so close to the hospitals, this garage can get a little busy! We recommend planning enough time into your travel for parking + traffic.  If you can not find any spots in this garage, there are other garages and parking lots just around the corner, and street parking available depending on the time of day.

    MAIN LINE

    Please utilize our parking lot conveniently located on site for your visit.

    We are also steps away from the Paoli Train Station, located at 13 Lancaster Ave, Paoli, PA, 19301. We recommend this for our out-of-town visitors!

    If you are traveling in, we recommend planning enough time into your travel for parking + traffic.
