SKNDUSTRY is led by Dr. Steven L. Davis, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellow in both The American College of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Kaitlyn Nelson is a board-certified physician associate who is a proven authority in the aesthetics industry in the Philadelphia area. Kaitlyn obtained her Master’s degree from Weill Cornell, Doctorate degree from University of Pittsburgh, and clinical training at the prestigious New York Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering. From there, she cultivated her career in plastic surgery. She credits years of first-assisting surgical cases with her intimate knowledge of facial anatomy, keen assessment, and delicate hands.

With over 15,000 injections under her belt, Kaitlyn has grown a successful non-surgical aesthetics practice. Her work can be described as subtle, methodical, facial optimization that stays true to her patients’ natural beauty. She has been named a “Top 100 Injector in America” for multiple consecutive years and “Most Loved Injector” by RealSelf.

Zachary Lutz is a board-certified physician associate with a Master's degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor's in Chemical Biology from St. Joseph’s University. He completed his Doctorate degree, further enhancing his clinical expertise. With ten years of experience in hospitalist medicine and over eight years as an aesthetic injector, Zack brings a comprehensive, safety-focused approach to every treatment. In addition to advanced injectable techniques, Zack has extensive experience with medical-grade skincare and ultrasound-based devices, as well as lasers and microneedling, allowing him to tailor comprehensive treatment plans that address both immediate aesthetic goals and long-term skin health.

Bridget Cordray is a board-certified Physician Associate with over eight years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She earned dual Master’s degrees from the Yale University School of Medicine and began her career in Beverly Hills, California, where she trained alongside leading plastic surgeons in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face and body. After five years in surgical plastics, Bridget transitioned into full-time aesthetic medicine, specializing in injectable treatments and comprehensive skin rejuvenation. She has extensive experience performing advanced non-surgical procedures including laser resurfacing, BBL + MOXI, and microneedling. Bridget combines her surgical foundation with a holistic, patient-centered approach to aesthetics. She focuses on enhancing natural features while prioritizing skin health, balance, and realistic, radiant results.

Anabella McErlean serves as the Director of Operations at SKNDUSTRY, where she supports the daily functions, team development, and overall patient experience. With a background in Biobehavioral Health, she brings an intentional presence to the adminsitrative side of the practice.Since joining the team in 2022, Anabella has grown alongside the practice, helping to refine the systems that support our patients + providers. She values organization, a thoughtful approach, and creating an environment where the team feels supported and patients feel cared for.She feels grateful to be part of something she believes in, and is proud to contribute to the continued growth of SKNDUSTRY.

Anagrecia Guajardo is a licensed esthetician and skincare expert with over eight years of experience in advanced corrective skincare, specializing in acne, barrier repair and skin rejuvenation. She offers a range of treatments including microneedling, chemical peels and bespoke facials tailored to each client's unique skin needs. Anagrecia blends clinical efficacy with a deeply comforting, spa-like experience – creating customized treatment plans where every client feels seen, supported and confident throughout their skincare journey.
