While returning patients may book treatments directly, we recommend a consultation for new patients or anyone exploring a new concern. This ensures your care is safe, informed, and thoughtfully planned from the start. We offer many options to begin your consultation journey because life is busy and time is valuable! We are happy to provide a virtual assessment, telehealth consultation, or an in-office appointment.

For your convenience, SKNDUSTRY offers flexible financing options to help make your aesthetic plan more accessible with PatientFi and Cherry Financing. These options allow you to proceed thoughtfully and comfortably with your recommended treatments.
We understand that life can happen. To be mindful of our providers + patients time, we offer a 10 minute grace period from the start time of your appointment. Please contact our office by phone at 215-622-1110 if you are running late to your appointment. Any late arrival after 10 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment + a cancellation fee being charged.
MAIN LINE
Please utilize our parking lot conveniently located on site for your visit. We are also steps away from the Paoli Train Station, located at 13 Lancaster Ave, Paoli, PA, 19301. We recommend this for our out-of-town visitors! If you are traveling in, we recommend planning enough time into your travel for parking + traffic.
CENTER CITY
We are located at 220 S 8th Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19107.
We do not have any reserved parking. Directly next to us is a parking garage called Walnut Towers, located at 800 Walnut Street. If you park here, you'll want to take the stairs to exit (if able), that say 8th and Walnut Exit, and we'll be right outside the garage to your right. If you cannot take the stairs to exit, you will use the elevator to exit to 9th street, and then you will have to walk around the block.
Because of being so close to the hospitals, this garage can get a little busy! We recommend planning enough time into your travel for parking + traffic. If you can not find any spots in this garage, there are other garages and parking lots just around the corner, and street parking available depending on the time of day.
Please note our 10 minute grace period for all appointments.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
All appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are non-refundable, and expire one calendar year from the date of purchase. Deposits may be applied toward any product or service.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online, by text, by email or by phone up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Any change within 48 hours of your appointment start time - including cancellations or reschedules FOR ANY REASON - will result in forfeiting your deposit as the cancellation fee.
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you decide to remove services at the time of your visit, this is considered a late change and is subject to a cancellation fee. If you are unsure of the services you’d like to schedule, please let us know and we’d be happy to assist you!
Missed appointments, late cancellations, and frequent rescheduling not only disrupt our schedule but also prevent patients on our waitlist from being seen. To keep scheduling fair, we allow up to three adjustments (cancellations or reschedules) for the same appointment. More than three consecutive cancellations or repeated changes may result in booking restrictions/being unable to schedule future visits.
SKNDUSTRY reserves the right to update, modify, or enforce this policy at any time. All patients are responsible for adhering to the most current version of our policy.
